About The Program

Getting Started

Create an account through our HIPAA, PIPEDA and GDPR compliant client portal. Detailed instructions regarding the assessment form will be emailed to you in our Welcome Packet. Once this form is completed, you will book your Strategy Session call using the website booking calendar.

Strategy Session Call

We gain important insights through a 60-minute conversation and deep dive into your concerns and assessment form analysis. We will then determine your primary areas of focus and if any additional lab tests will be needed beyond our foundational labs that include: GI-MAP, DUTCH Complete and FBCA (Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis), your collaboration style and how we can best work together.

Lab kits will be shipped directly to your home. Convenient blood draw location will be provided.

R&R Session

When ALL lab results have been returned to our office (usually 2-3 weeks), you will be notified to schedule a 90-minute “R&R” session (review of labs & recommendations). This session is a clinical interpretation of your lab results and review of your personalized health program. There will be recommendations for a realistic and sustainable nutrigenomics plan, daily movement goals, techniques for optimizing sleep and stress management, plus a targeted supplementation protocol that is tailored to your specific needs. All of this information will be arranged in an easy-to-follow PDF report that you can use for easy reference.

Crushin' It Toolbox

Each week you will be emailed an actionable objective or intention for the week. Examples: Mindset Mastery, Goal Setting, Reframing Obstacles or Meal Overhaul. These are designed to become part of your daily tools and resources to guide you towards success.

Check-Ins

Weekly 15-minute accountability check-ins via Zoom to help stay on track and tweak any obstacles that may pop up along the way. You also receive unlimited email support.

Mobile App

Providing on-the-go access to your personal protocol, nutrition recommendations, supplement schedule, food journaling, documents, session notes, messaging and appointment booking, plus the ability to join a video session located all in one convenient place. IOS or android compatible.
